Notice of Surplus Property Sale

Skull Valley School District
Skull Valley School District (the “District”) is disposing of surplus materials, including two (2) mobile basketball hoops and a Heat Pump, through internet-based sales, as authorized by the Arizona Administrative Code, R7-2-1131.
* Online Sales Provider: The District utilizes PublicSurplus.com for the sale of surplus materials.

* Terms and Conditions of Sale: All items are sold “as-is, where-is.” Bidders must review the full District-specific terms and conditions prior to bidding, which can be found here: View Terms & Conditions (Select the item listing to view specific terms).
* Instructions for Bidding: To participate in an auction, users must first register for a free account at PublicSurplus.com. Once registered and logged in, you may search for Skull Valley School District listings to place a bid.
* Notice Period: In accordance with state law, all items will be listed for a period of not less than 14 days before the auction closes.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Per A.A.C. R7-2-1131, District employees or Governing Board members shall not directly or indirectly purchase surplus property if they were involved in the disposal process.
